How long does it take to print my order?
If you order your card before 10am (London time) on any working day, your card will be printed and posted on the same day. If you are later than this, we will print and post your card first thing the next morning.
How long does it take to deliver my order once it’s been printed?
If you are sending your card to the UK, it should arrive the next day - if it’s going a little further, it will take a bit longer.
Estimated delivery times:
UK - Next working day
Europe - 3 working days
USA - 1-3 working days
Rest of World - 5 working days
What’s the difference between “Send to me” and “Send to friend”?
Send to me - we’ll send your cards back to you with extra protective covers so that you can post them on later. This is a great option if you want to order a batch of cards to keep in stock for later or even if you just want to handwrite them.
Send to friend - if you’re in a rush and want the card to reach as soon as possible we’ll post them for you. Just tell us the address of who you’re sending it to and it should arrive the next day (thanks to Royal Mail)
What days do you send cards, and where from?
We print and deliver cards from Monday – Friday. All cards are sent from the UK, except for Postcards going to North America, which are printed in USA.
Do you deliver to where I live?
We sure do! We deliver to anywhere in the world - no matter where you are. Except if you are in North Korea or Yemen. Don’t ask us why, apparently they don’t like sending Postman Pat out there.
Do you guarantee next day delivery?
YES. Next day delivery to the UK is guaranteed if you choose the “special delivery” option. With “special delivery” - that means you really can get the card there “tomorrow” if you need to. Hopefully this will keep us all out of trouble. All “special delivery” items are trackable - anywhere in the world.
“Standard delivery” should arrive the next working day in the UK, but cannot be guaranteed (although according to official Royal Mail statistics over 90% do arrive the next working day).
What do I do if my order hasn’t shown up in the specified time?
Get in touch. We will do everything we can to get your order to you, so please don’t worry.
Will my card say my name on it if I send it to someone or can it be anonymous?
It’s up to you. Your name will only be included on the card if you write it in. We will not include your name or address on any part of the card. So if you have any plans of being someone’s secret admirer - go for it and send that romantic card!
